Great experience for both us and our labrador puppy. She's allergic to a number of grasses that we never would have known along with some insects. She was itching herself crazy so this has helped make her more comfortable for sure. Would recommend Dr Shipstone and his team. They're all great so far. We attended the Underwood office. I've got to use the needles and inject the vaccine into my own pet which is weird but it is making her better with noticeable results so far.

My rescue pooch leads an infinitely less itchy life since being under the care of Dr Jey and the team. We leave appointments feeling any concerns or questions we raise about Luna’s treatment and how she’s travelling are addressed and a plan for her care is in place. Dr Jey is kind, compassionate and loves Luna like her own.Couldn’t be happier or more confident that our pets really are in the very best hands with Dr Jey and the nurses. Highly recommend these guys for animals with skin issues that your GP vet can’t get under control.

We were lucky to have met Dr Aslan and Dr Shipstone after our dog started having various autoimmune skin problems while recovering from radiation therapy for brain/nasal tumour. They really care about your pet unlike some other vets and they have taken extremely good care of our dog. She is now living a relatively normal life thanks to the good care she received from DFA.

Dr Evie and Dr Jey have provided amazing ongoing care for my German Shepherd Gabby over the last two years. Gabby became very unwell 2 years ago before being referred to Dermatology for Animals for proper diagnosis. She has been on medication the last two years to help manage symptoms related to mucocutaneous lupus erythematosus, atopic dermatitis and vasculitis.The consult fees have been very reasonable and the care has always been exceptional. All of the staff have been very professional and caring. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We have been a client of Dr Evie for nearly 18 months now. She is the only doctor to get to the root of Tysons itchy skin. We just put him down since he had cancer but he lived itch free for the last 18 months because of her. Before we met Evie Tyson suffered terrible itchy skin and nothing helped. She started him on monthly Cytopoint injection and it saved him. She also treated many ear infections and also performed surgery on him that saved him from debilitating vestibular issues.The whole team is incredible. Front office, billing, nursing staff. Seeing Dr Jo was the best decision we made for helping our dog with his allergies. She takes the time to explain everything and is always happy to answer questions.
