A Touch Of Class Dog Grooming Salon

Took Charlie (our Cavoodle ) to a Touch of class dog grooming for the first time last Saturday and were more than happy with his grooming and cutting of his coat. We have already booked him in again in April. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

So grateful Michelle can take my Mochi yesterday when I told her she will have to undergo a sudden surgery next week. No one else can fit her in for this last minute full hair cut to prepare for the months ahead of recovery. Mochi has never been there. Everyone are so kind. Big thank you!

I was there as a student recently. I really miss the time I was there. Michelle made everyone feel comfortable and feel respected instantly. I felt like I knew her years and years. With her over 35 years of rich experience, there was nothing that she can not answer for us. Her skill is unbeatable, truly the world class! And I have to mention the other teachers are also such a beautiful people and so talented as well.Best of all , even after you graduated this school Michelle will be there for you to support you all the way! From the bottom of my heart thank you so much for everything. I am forever grateful.

Michelle is amazing! She has a gentle and kind manner with sensitive dogs. She approaches the groom with patience and understands a dog’s needs.My first dog is anxious, flighty and jumpy. Michelle managed her so well, reducing both the dog’s and my ‘groomer anxiety’ (previous groomers had been grumpy with my dog and returned her with negative feedback on her temperament).I just saw Michelle again with a pelted, special needs, rescue who had never had a clipper groom in his life. She did an incredible job!!! Once again she demonstrated patience and reassurance. He remained calm throughout. He left looking amazing.I love that Michelle is ‘open doors’ and that you are welcome to stay to see the groom in action.I can’t recommend A Touch of Class highly enough!!!

When I was looking for a grooming school for myself... everyone recommended Michelle, and after graduating and starting my own business....I know exactly why.Michelle and the other instructors are so wonderful, patient and knowledgeable. The after school support is incredible. I can pick up the phone/msg Michelle anytime and she is there for advise, guidance and support, especially on those tough days.Everyone in the class was also wonderful and it was such a good feeling to have a 'tribe' to exchange notes with and acquire some friends for life.I highly recommend anyone looking for lifelong education and support to attend this school.

I made an 8am appointment in September for December for my 2 dogs. After dropping them off at 8am, I phoned at 12.30pm as I hadn’t been called to pick them up. I was told they hadn’t been done yet and wouldn’t be ready until about 2pm. The dogs have been anxious since I picked them up. Why have an 8am appointment just to lock the dogs in a cage for 6 hours?!
