Glen is very knowledgeable at bikes. My daughters bike had those turn shifters and Glen suggested to replace them with trigger shifters which my daughter now loves. Definitely highly recommend Bike Works for all your repairs and advice.

Oh my god, this place never answer calls, never open, I been there 3 times during their business hour, but the shop closed, no body there, you had to be very lucky if shop open when you visit.He just waisted customers time. He should update the business hour

Received excellent service from Glen recently. Did quite a bit of work at a very reasonable price. Bike rides like new. I will now be taking all the family's bikes to Bicycle Works. Very happy.

Glen gives you a great price for his efficient and superb service.He also offers you further knowledge of the bike etc to further help with your decision to either restore, sell or trade to get the most bang out of your buck.Had an uncle's road bike which was worn, rusty with broken spokes, flat tires etc. Had it services to mint condition in 3 days. Works as good as new.If you want to get your bike fixed this is the place to go.

I would say its reasonable but I was not happy the way they have setup. If you have to contact them, they may not pick up the phone. Also I wasn't fully satisfied with my service as my gears were slipping while going on slope. Also bike didn't get serviced within the time frame.

Great service, genuine, honest and great value for money.Not only do they do a great job at servicing my road bike, Glenn's always willing to have a chat and provide advice and little tips and tricks for maintaining my bike. Always goes above and beyond. Top bloke!

For customer service and Bike Knowledge, Glen from Bicycle Works is No1.Great work & professional bike service, easy to talk to and his price on repairs, unbeatable. I was definitely a happy customer. I highly recommend Glen, a real honest and dedicated mechanic. Hands down the best bike repair service I’ve ever used. I’ll definitely bring my bike there again for servicing. I recommend Bicycle Works 100%.

come during trading hours from far away, but no one was in shop and no answer on the phone. Need to update hours. Waste 2hours on the way.
