Exquisite Brows Bayside

I did my eyebrows threading, but the lady was too rude and rough that she was doing as if it was for free and too painful ! The attitude that she carried on her face will never make me go back to her ! I didn’t want to say any corrections after she finished it cos she had such a bossy face and I felt like I can do this at many other places it’s just not here that I walked off !

The supervisor or potentially owner of the place is quite rude. She was rude to me on two occasions when I went to get my eyebrows done. Would not recommend this place.

Got eyelash extensions done and they were lovely people. However, when they were finished i had quite a bit of pain in one eye. (First timer) thought that it was initial pain amd it would subside. But later that night went to doctors to discover i had several abrasions to my cornea from the rubbing of the eyelashes..Went and got them removed. No cost involved but still in quite a bit of pain. What annoyed me was there were no apologies or any money back or the option to come back and get some later for a cheaper price etc.. mind you i had them for no longer then 24hrs.Sadly wouldnt recommend just for the fact they do not give any aftercare instructions or advice if this happens to someone else. Bad experience and i am disappointed in the results..

I was the Exquisite Brows Bayside location , on a Thursday 1 1/2 weeks ago about at around 6:00pm, when I firts came in the lady there didn't notice my at first (she was playing on her phone) I didn't get bothered by that, it was empty and you have worked long hours I get it, what got me a bit annoyed was the fact that she seemed extremely annoyed becasue she had to stop playing and was rude and a bit rough, I told her it was my first time doing my eyebrows with thread, she didn't seem to care, didn't give me proper instroctions and it was extremelty rough with me, after that I just wanted to get out of there. And the place didn't look that clean. Is a shame becuase I have heard good thing about this brand but I won't be coming back any time soon.

Had eyelash extensions done, they are all stuck together in big clumps at the base on one eye inparticular. Very disappointing considering the cost of them. Never again, will go elsewhere next time.

Highly recommend anyone on the peninsula head down to bayside shopping centre exquisite brows and see anupama she’s great ! Wouldn’t see anyone else she goes above and beyond for her clients ☺️

Heard bad reviews so was a bit nervous, got an eyelash perm and it’s amazing, one of my eyes is less curled then the other but that’s just my lashes. Such lovely people 10/10 would return
