BOUNCEinc Gold Coast

ALL the young staff at Burleigh are so wonderful! When I mentioned my little boy is Autistic and they noticed he was playing by himself, they gave him some attention and were so kind and friendly to him. They just gave positive, respectful encouragement - one of the guys did some races with him on the long tramps. And the staff interacting with my 4 yo daughter were so positive and fun too. It’s a really safe and fun space for the kids. We have signed up for Bounce Squad!

I have to say bounceinc Gold coast is fantastic. We went to gold coast for the weekend. We thought we just wanted to stay at the beach didn't really know where can we take kids to. Then I googled indoor play it came up Bounceinc Gold coast. Then I rang the customer service to book our sessions, the customer service was very helpful and easy to book in. My kids are age 4 and 6 , they had so much fun. I also have to give thumbs up for all the lovely staffs, they interacted with all the kids made them feeling welcomed and comfortable and safe. Before we left the gold coast today, kids didn't worry about the beach but asked us when can we go visit the Bounceinc gold coast again. Love our visit. See you again soon.

Had my 6 year old daughters birthday there with 30 kids.The hosts were efficient and helpful.Well run, everyone had fun.

Chloe, our party host, went above and beyond making the day so special. She thought of everything, whisking the kids through the activities and ensuring the celebration was perfect. Thank you :)

Heaps of fun. I found the hour session was just about the right amount of time for a casual visit but the kids wanted more. We probably spent more time in the x-park than the trampolines. Coffee was ok, donuts were amazing.

My 4 kids love Bounce. They range in age from 8 -18 years old . It’s a great family experience. They love X-Park and the rock climbing at magregor. We have had numerous birthday parties at Bounce and the kids have a ball best value for money.

My son is 6 and has level 3 Autism. He loves jumping around the house and on his trampoline at home, naturally we thought bounce was a great place to take him.We thought he may have trouble given the new environment but he has been getting better with handling new things.I paid for an adult ticket and a child above 110cm ticket. When we arrived my son was instantly uncomfortable and upset, their where alot of people and lots of noise and his mother and I decided we couldn't stay and we had to leave. We had not even walked in the front door, he became upset just outside.I went to speak to someone at reception (I wish I had taken her name, she was lovely), just to see if their was any sessions that weren't as busy. She advised me that around 6pm was quiet, unfortunately that time doesn't work for him.I showed my ticket confirmation email to the lovely reception attendant and she gave me 2x passes to use on another day.We have discovered that my son is not ready to go their yet but my niece and nephew will make use of the passes.I could have lost my money and in all seriousness its my issue if that happened as its not bounces fault we couldn't enter.10 out of 10 for wonderful customer service

We had an awesome experience. I booked a 2 hour session for 6 teenage boys for my son's birthday. They had the best fun ever especially on the Slam Dunk and the obstacle course. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I totally recommend Bounce Gold Coast :)
