We had yum-cha brunch on weekend at this place recently. We sampled few regular items from the cart ladies and they're a bit of hit and miss situation.We like the baked / fried stuff like the prawn toast, BBQ pork pastry (char siu siu) and egg tart. However, their steam section was not up to par. The skins on their steam dumplings (har gow and chiu chow dumplings) are too thick, sticky and easily broken when picked by chopsticks. The fillings of the dumplings are actually OK, but the skin wraps are below average. The customer services from floor staff are reasonable and our orders were delivered promptly. The place is not big, so there is not much ambience you can expect. You can pay with credit cards with additional 1.5% surcharge.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced at a restaurant. Had my hand raised for at least five minutes and the servers just decided to ignore me. We needed hot water refilled and tried to bring attention to the servers, literally made eye contact with them and they just walked away.The food is pretty good but if you’d like to enjoy your experience somewhere you’re spending money, I’d be honest and take my money somewhere else.The lack of customer service is appalling really.

Very decent yum cha food, the prawn in the dumplings were fresh and the dumpling skin not too thick. Service was friendly and we were actually able to make a booking for YUM CHA on a SATURDAY!! Only downside was the tau fu fa. The yong tofu (fish paste tofu) was DIVINE, absolutely worth going there just for that.

We went there 11am and on the second floor. They aren't that busy, but once midday the restaurant is packed.Food was fresh and taste authentic.We got 10 percent off during Monday to ThursdayExtra bonusAccording to my neighbour table, the rice dishes are the best. We can't help but order one too

No complaints about the food, it was pretty good.Service was pretty good too, except for the short balding asian guy who looked like he hated his job. 90min into the meal, he yelled at us and said we could only have the table for 90min, despite never being told upon entry.$120 for 3 adults, kind of pricey but it was very delicious.

We came for yumcha at 2pm and it was quite a good experience here - the staff at the front were reasonably good but not overly friendly or enthusiastic. The waitstaff / ladies who push the carts were super friendly and helpful. The food itself was all quite good, cooked well, presented nicely and tasted great.It’s in a good location near the train station (just a five minute walk) and hidden away slightly. Was not very busy at the time we came so we received a lot of attention from all the staff. The place was super clean, has decently good food, so I would definitely recommend coming here (unless you don’t speak Chinese).

Save your money!! Don't waste your time or money. The food came out warm, not even hot. The service was terrible. They even tried to rip you off charging extra dishes x3 of all sorts. ( if you go triple, check your bill).Don't even bother going here.

Love the 烤焗乳鴿 Roasted Pigeon. It is beautifully cooked. The lobster with the lobster package/combo is a bit small, though it still tasted well. Didn't enjoy the Pan fried tofu with park, will not order this one next time.

Terrible service and customer care. The food was cold even though we came at lunch time at around 12.30pm. The steamed pork that we ordered was raw at the bottom, evidently visibly red. We informed the worker there and he just took the dish away without saying anything. In fact, we needed to ask someone else if they could remove the pork from our orders as we barely touched it, the waitress was refusing to take the order away. We went back to the worker who took the pork away and we requested for the dish to be removed from our orders. He said that he was going to steam it again but we declined. In which the man said he would just give it to someone else. I find this to be highly unprofessional as the dish was clearly at fault.In summary, the food was subpar, cold, staff were rude and unhelpful. I would not come here again and I most certainly do not recommend others to come here either.
