Just spent 20 minutes in Forever New Frankston and not one person spoke to me, gave me eye contact or assisted me in the change rooms. I couldn't say terrible customer service because there was none!Very poor sizing selection also, mostly S & XS only.I was really excited to go shopping today and ready to spend some money here but I left empty handed - disappointing.

Been today in this lovely store.The young lady Nicole was absolutely fantastic.I have not seen anyone so helpful in years .My Friend and I will definitely shop there from now on.Even the store was busy ,Nicole still made time to guide us .

Absolutely terrible service. The shop attendant was too busy chatting to a friend in the change rooms to offer any help, even after I tried to get her attention and tell her I needed a different size. I left the store and came back 15 mins later... still talking to her friend and offered no help. I’ll be shopping at a different location from now on.
