Service is outstanding. My elderly parents & myself have been loyal customers of ChemPro Kallangur & the service & care is second to none. Romany & his team go above & beyond for myself & my family & we couldn’t be more appreciative of the fantastic service we always receive.Small pharmacies like this give you the care & support that I never find at the bigger ones. If I could rate this pharmacy 0 stars I would. The staff are extremely rude and it takes a ridiculous amount of time every time. I had my medication price matched as I’ve been going to this chemist for nearly 2 months, today I was accused of being a liar when i mentioned my price match. I showed staff my bank statements from recent transactions at this chemist. I was still accused of being a liar by staff, I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable as staff argued with me on the matter in-front of other customers. Absolutely shocking customer service and would not recommend. I’d rather go else where then be treated the way the staff at this pharmacy have treated me.

It's not in my nature to complain but here we go . I have been going here for a while and accept that it takes some time to fill prescriptions and have become used to the wait . What annoyed me today is the fact that I wasn't told last time that I had no repeats left on an important medication. If I had been told I would have been able to get more prescriptions when I was at the doctors 2 weeks ago . This is not only really disappointing and inconvenient for I have to rescheduley doctors appointment. Not ok

Very unprofessional today. Lost my script for a period of time. Rude. Over charged my script and left me waiting an extended period of time with a young baby after calling ahead both times I’ve gone to this pharmacy. Won’t be going again, there are plenty of other pharmacies that I have had much better experiences at and that charge the normal rates. Judging by other reviews on this page and my own experiences they need to improve their customer service and professionalism as well as keep upto date with the latest concessions.

This is the BEST pharmacy I have ever been to. The head pharmacist Romany is so knowledgeable and kind, always willing and able to help my family and I with everything we need. He is very understanding and always answers our questions with a lot of patience. They have everything you could need and if they don’t Romany and staff would try their best to help get it or let you know where to go. Honestly the best service. Many thanks, will not go anywhere else.

Kallangur Chempro Compounding Pharmacy
They charged me $59 for a compounding cream when I know dam well it's not worth $59. Now I go to another compounding chemist who charge me $40. Be aware they are money hungry don't be fooled look elsewhere.
