I recently worked with Unite Legal to sell my property, and I was very impressed with their service. They were very responsive to my queries, and they were always able to answer my questions in a clear and concise manner.For example, I had a few questions about the contract of sale, and they were able to answer them right away. They also highlighted areas of the contract of sale that were not to my benefit when negotiating with the buyer, and they advised me on further actions that I could take. For example, they pointed out a clause in the contract that could have allowed the buyer to back out of the sale, and they advised me on how to negotiate a change to the clause.They kept me in prompt communication during the settlement date to ensure a smooth process. They sent me regular updates on the progress of the sale, and they were always available to answer my questions. They also notified me about incurred costs before actioning them with my consent.
