Evitech were meant to arrive for a light installation at my business. They did not. One day was wasted. They were meant to arrive again later in the week for the light installation. They did not. Half a day was wasted.All assurances and promises were made after I chased them. Their communications were poor with me and within their team. The senior manager and CEO have not replied to my concerns.

Quick to sign you up and install BUT poorly installed, no compliance cerificate. Dont answer phone dont respond to emails

It's been a great journey working with Evitech.

I have read other reviews and my experience was the complete opposite to many. I admit it did take a while for us to originally get the process started. Once the ball was rolling however, it was great. The consultant came on time, was friendly and professional. Advised that the lighting installers would be here by the end of the week. They rang and gave me a date and time. The installers were on time and did a great job. Except for the fact that there are new lights in our workshop, you would never know they were there.

The worst worst worst company I have dealt with till date.They call you and send their specialist, who takes photos of our heater , who confirms all is ok.They call us and tell us they would come on Monday . When Monday comes , nobody comes and nobody informs us that they are facing any problem.They call us after 2 days and apologise and say they will be sending someone on Friday and again no one comes. We call to complain and they said they would send someone today and fix the water heater , guess what!!?They told me today that I am not eligible. After spending almost 3 weeks waiting for them, canx appointments as they said they would be coming , canx my garage move waiting for them to show up so it becomes easy for them to fix everything, just to get to know I’m now suddenly not eligible. They sent a specialist to us and today they are asking me if my water heater is Gas or solar . Never ever ever go to this company. Will surely reach out to govt Victoria to remove this company from their list of helping Victorian’s with saving on their bills. Worst service and extremely unprofessional. Waste of time and don’t expect anything at the end. All you will get is an apology
