Good environment, nice presentation & expensive. Suitable for once in a while option.Banana split was good, coffee was regular, banana bread was good. Waffles with strawberry was nice and cinnamon chocolate was very good.

Completely disappointing! My partner and I came here a little while ago and normally they are really good but when we went they didn’t even have Italian thick as it was still frozen at 9pm at night!!Extremely under staff and when waiting in line the male barista was on the phone to someone while making a drink and told us won’t be long folks then went back to talk on the phone.I’ve actually applied to work here before and so did my sister in law but they wouldn’t take us even though I have customer experience and barista experience; but they choose to not hire people and even then they hire the most unhappy and inexperienced staff.Won’t be going back there unless they change!

Ideally located in Broadmeadows Central, Max Brennar offers a variety of Chocolate inspired Delicacies.The setting is very cosy, well decorated, clean and spacious.The Staff are very Friendly and Professional.

Service was kinda bad. The girl served us was having attitude no smile and have a bad vibe from her. After the drink and desserts are ready she just left it there at the cashier without even calling us to take it. So different than last time, the guy that serve us was so good at his job.

Very bad service, inexperience servers, what a disappointment!I came around 9pm Sunday 8/2023, 3 people in the counter just do nothing.I only wanted my pink cake for take away. Usually the service is ok.No que, very quiet that night. We waited in the counter, none approached us while three people in the counter.While we were waiting, one of them spilled a full container of popcorn in front of us. They just laughed and cleaned no apology at all.We still waited for a while, then the boy took my order, but strangely he straightway hiding at the back room, which obviously me and my daughter could see his reflection, he just stood and watched from there!We kept waiting, the other 2 still did nothing at all, as we clearly saw they had nothing to do! After awhile I asked one of the girl, 'aren't you going to get my cake or not?' She pointed her finger to the other girl, 'she will get it for you'. The other girl looked confused and said 'me!'. Then she prepared my cake, but she gave chocolate instead of white chocolate for my cake, which my favorite cake never been served other than white chocolate before.Guys, if you don't want to serve people, don't work! Max Brenner, do your job properly!I will never come back to this place!

I felt like this review was deserved mostly for the appreciation for the staff member that served me. Hanna, the most sweetest girl that took my order and made sure that her customers were comfortable and made sure they had the best experience dining at max brenner. I wasn't having a bad day and she made sure to get my order perfect and also gave me a hot chocolate at the end. The fact is that is had such a warm personality and listened through my issues made feel comfortable. Also the way she treated the other customers was a delight as she made sure they got all their necessary items and presented them in a pleasant manner. Thank you Hanna for making my day that day.Also about the over pricing issue i would agree , for me i think the hot drinks could have been priced a little lower but overall satisfied with the experience. If you wanted to add anything extra like extra chocolate sauce and fruit they gave it to you without charge well at least when i went so thats why overall i was satisfied with my experience

Barista Shaf is always amazing with his services. I often visit for morning coffee run and Shaf makes amazing lattes. He is very professional and . Kind and friendly.

It's a playground. Kids running around, throwing things, yelling loudly, practically jumping on my seat. They nearly tripped another customer. Staff don't do anything about it, and parents don't care; no consideration for other people, or regard for their personal space. This has ocurred on multiple visits.Please, please, PLEASE, implement and enforce a policy around handling loud and disruptive guests. It's not hard for staff to kindly ask a child to behave, or speak to their parents. Not doing so is absolutely destructive to customer experience. Thank you.

I ordered chocolate mini scrolls , I don't know how old these were, they couldn't make it fresh though they charged bloody too much for this. Don't use this store save your money buy your desserts from somewhere else
