I have the old sliding door from this company's predecessor Eco classics. To replace the worn track wheel i bought the new style, the only sort that Jess advised. It fitted with ease just requiring a new screw hole which was easy to drill. How do the doors glide now? AWESOME. Better than they ever did. Thanks Jessica for your great service.

Had a great experience using Eco Eco with suggestions from Jessica on how to change my proposed windows and doors to get a better outcome and price. All her suggestions came out looking great. I had delays with my project and they were more than happy to store the windows for 4 months at no charge while I worked through it. Great service and easy to deal with, highly recommend.

Awesome customer service. Thanks again Jessica for a job well done. I did appreciate your attention to detail. The neighbours have all given compliments on how great the windows look. My house is so much warmer, and I love how they block out most of the noise outside. I would recommend double glaze to everyone.

We live in a late 60's home and in the last year we finally got around to doing a whole of home renovation. We started with replacing all ceiling insulation. We then had a choice to do wall insulation or go double glazing on the windows, or both. Given the ratio of windows to external brick walls was similar and that several walls were getting re-plastered (and thus can be easily insulated as part of renovation), we decided to go with double glazing. We researched several double glazing options including Sound glazing and Twin glazing adaptors for our existing hardwood 3mm glass windows. We also investigated full uPVC replacement options until we realised that the costs far exceeded our budget. We needed a solution that was (lets face it) cheaper yet still performed so that we could prioritise other aspects of the renovation. We started to get desperate and started researching Polar Eco-view modular windows from Bunnings. I couldn't find any Polar reviews online but then I discovered a few insightful posts from Ed Stelling on forum.homeone.com.au. This guy really knew his stuff and kept on referencing awawers.net for you to verify window performance details for yourself. Noting that Ed’s signature on his posts promoted EcoEco, I decided to request a quote for 11 windows. I also decided to get quotes from two different AWS fabricators and Accent windows. When the quotes came in they included window specification as part of the quote. We used these specifications as a basis of comparison between the various offerings and analysed the Uw & SHGC values from awawers.net for the respective windows. What we concluded was that EcoEco was highly competitive in performance but was between 2-6K cheaper in price. Furthermore, their wide awning windows include two hardware clamps on each side of the winder to ensure the integrity of the seal whilst avoiding the need for a double chain winder.Various builders and trades have all come through the house during this renovation. All have admired the windows; all pleasantly surprised at the price. However, the greatest validation we received was when the blinds supplier came to measure up and said how beautiful the windows were and how she too was amazed at the price. She has since on two separate occasions contacted me regarding the contact details for EcoEco.If your decision making criteria entails finding exceptional value for money and to reduce the wasted time in search; then my advice is for you to go to the EcoEco showroom in Hallam and also an AWS fabricator showroom to have a look for yourself at the window/door build quality. Once satisfied get a quote from both and then verify for yourself the window performance at the Residential WERS Search website. From a customer service perspective, I can only tell you that my experience with EcoEco has been very good. Note, there were delays in receiving the Windows during COVID but they upgraded the windows as a gesture of good will. Ed has been in the windows game for several decades and it seems his primary motivation is for people to arrive at a good outcome. Jessica, Andrew and the others are a really good team and they too are not interested in selling you anything that will not satisfy your requirements.Good luck window shopping
