Shane was engaged to do some structural work as part of a major kitchen renovation to our top level unit. His job was to remove a couple of structural walls and install the necessary beams in the ceiling, as proposed by our engineer. From the start Shane was enthusiastic to take on the job and was very professional the whole way through the process. Shane and his helpers were very efficient and easy to communicate with which was important as we were dealing with a number of tradies at once.We'll definitely look to use Shane again in the future and I would happily recommend him to anyone.

Dependabuild were fantastic to deal with when I needed a deck built for a spa. They were professional throughout the whole process and ensured the deck would be strong enough to hold the spa safely. Shane was great to deal with and ensured that the decking fitted perfectly with the back yards aesthetics

Shane did a great job of removing two walls from our kitchen. He came up with several great design solutions and we could not be happier with the result. He kept the place clean a tidy throughout the build process and provided a great quality product. We recommend Shane to anyone needing a great quality builder.

Shane from Dependabuild is the ultimate professional. His workmanship, attention to detail and problem solving abilities are incredible. He is an excellent communicator, time planner and he is terrific to work with. He has a skilled team working with him and manages the workload with efficiency. I would not hesitate to recommend using Shane - he has done a wonderful job building our garage and deck and I couldn't be happier with the result.

Shane and the Dependabuild Team recently renovated our rear family room and created an outside alfresco dining area. The build had some unusual engineering issues, Shane was always available to listen to any concerns and discuss suitable solutions. Shane, Shannon and Matt are highly professional, easy to communicate with and take pride in their workmanship – they are really great craftsmen. Shane and Matt did an incredible job at our home. We felt like we were in good hands from beginning to end. Shane is very easy to communicate with and professional in all his dealings. My only regret is that I didn’t let him project management all aspects of the renos. We will be using Dependabuild for all future building / Reno requirements and leave it all in his capable hands.
