Excellent service from Iris, she is the most helpful and lovely SA I have ever met in a kitchenware store, she was very helpful and super patient as I had browsed for a long time and she approached me twice nicely, she helped me with helpful suggestions for the vacuum lunch container I was looking for. Definitely will go back to visit again.

Nice Kitchen store in Box Hill Centre, Emily is amazing and helpful, the store has a lot items for kitchen. There is also lots of rangehood/ smart toilet...etc. and emily was knowledgeable.

Super-helpful staff and unique high quality products that you can't find elsewhere. I disagree with another review that this store is interested in only serving Chinese customers. As an Anglo-Australian, the staff here have always been very attentive and helpful and never experienced this.I purchased a Huabang Iron Wok and am super happy with it and the help I received from the staff while shopping. See you again soon!

i was looking for a certain type of saucepan, the guys english was not good enough to understand something simple like that. It seems they're only interested in serving Chinese customers as they speak the same language. Needless to say i walked out & they lost a customer.

I bought a lot and asked she wether she could delivery to my place with any courier company, she told me during the Christmas it would take quite long but she can deliver all things to me by herself after she finished works.
