Pathetic and unprofessional name who doesn't know what customer service is but still trying to do business in service industry!I tried reaching out to Qutaiba on his social page with a follow up message as well witb a query but nobody even bothered to get back to me rather than dropping an automated message to deposit a fee to have a chat!Unprofessional attitude by incompetent team or person I reckon

I Called them three times to schedule a phone consultation for admission. Nobody called back even after scheduling an appointment. No customer obsession, very unprofessional. Pls dont waste people’s time.

Very disappointing and very unprofessional behaviour.Been there for 3 consecutive days just to inquire about something which hardly gonna take 10 minutes but they kept me waiting for half hour everyday and remain busy right in front of me chatting with each other casually rather than attending me.Please stop wasting people's time.This place is never like this a year ago didn't expect this at all.
