I just wanna say thank you to Emma, she’s such an amazing friendly person, she gave me some good advice for a stater. Such a great person to talk too. She made the process so easy. Thank you Emma. I will definitely go back.

I wanted to say a huge thank you to Maddie working at North Lakes today. She helped me with all my make up concerns and colour matched me easily. She did not make me feel rushed and I was able to relax and have a really personalised experience even though I was not in store for longer than 20 minutes. Her suggestions were also amazing one of the blushes she suggested I would never have picked, but it looks so healthy on me. I bought 5 items and am very confident with each of my purchases. She was aware of different skin concerns I had and was able to give me ideas as to which brands are more suitable and what to look for in regards to avoiding skin irritants. She is a star and has saved me this holiday season.

Booked an appointment for natural glam and I absolutely love how accommodating and helpful the staffs are. Especially Maddie. I highly recommend her if you want to get your makeup done. She knows what products best to use for you. I felt at ease during the whole process because of her friendly personality. If I can give more than 5 stars, I definitely would.

I walked out of Mecca North Lakes almost in tears earlier this afternoon around 12pm. I was completely ignored by 4 staff members who did not appear to be busy nor were they attending to other customers. I went to approach a staff member for some help with setting spray and was once again ignored, so I gathered the items I wanted and continued looking. These staff members walked past me multiple times, saying hello and helping other customers and I’m not sure why I couldn’t get any kind of service? The look I received from one girl in particular was horrible, it made me feel incredibly sad as I was excited all morning to grab a few things and ask some questions. I was about to spend hundreds on different products for my birthday but it really put me off.

I wasn’t sure what I wanted with my look and showed her a random photo from Instagram. My whole look was stunning, she even helped me with picking out products after the appointment. I had my makeup done by the lovely Amber today! Unfortunately we couldn't do the original look that I wanted but I'm still very happy with the outcome. I feel ethereal. Thank you so much Amber for the lovely work and for all the other girls who hyped me up. ❤️

Bought my daughter a $150 make-up package. Great value 90 minutes learning what suits her skin and look. And applying it. Plus $150 to spend in-store. Best idea so your kids don't look like they had make-up applied by Homer Simpson's make-up shotgun
