Totalcare Hearing's wholistic approach starts at the front door with a friendly welcome from their receptionist Liz, who over the years has never had a bad day. Then the audiologist, Lachlan's total care begins. His explanations, directions, listening skills and respect are outstanding because I'm an elderly client. After a two week trial I came away with new hearing aids which I am finding so much better than my first pair of aids and now I have remote care using advanced technology.

Michael was really good with my son who is 4. They have all the equipment necessary for kids tests and they know how to make kids feel comfortable and take to them so they understand. Michael had a lot of patience as well!

I have just replaced my hearing aids and I am amazed with the new technology.Lachlan has been my regular audiologist for almost 5 years, he is really professional & friendly. I am so happy with the individual attention given by the staff, the receptionists Rashika & Liz are very welcoming & I always get a reminder call the day before my appointment. The team at Hunters Hill are the BEST.

10/10 I would recommend this place to anyone. The Audiologist explained everything in great detail, fantastic service! I haven’t been to any other Audiologist before, but I can imagine this place being at the top in Sydney!

Nick was very professional, thorough and empathetic with my ongoing hearing issues, which to date has managed to baffle several GP's, ENT's Myofascial therapists and Audiologists. His creative thinking has given me another avenue of investigation, for which I am enormously grateful.
