I wanted to say a massive thank you from myself, as a support person/father, for all the extremely helpful knowledge Erin passed on to us in the 4hr ‘nitty gritty’ class.Abbey and I welcomed little Hazel into the world on September 18 and we have never been happier. The labour and birth went beautifully. Unfortunately however, Abbey suffered a postpartum haemorrhage but has now recovered incredibly well.The 4hr course we did online with yourself, covered everything I needed to know, to support Abbey through a lengthy labour, to remain positive, and assure she was as comfortable as possible throughout.I could not tell you how many times I’ve quoted “remember, Erin said this” in the past week.I felt I was able to understand the process, complications and steps taken to tackle each hurdle, all thanks to you. When Abbey had the haemorrhage, which we had discussed in the course, I was able to understand (in the moment) the measures being taken.First and foremost, this course did wonders in allowing me to positively support Abbey.But, this course also did an incredible job of preparing me, as a support person, for the mental battle fathers/support people also face in this process.I will be recommending this course to every expecting parent I know.Thank you so much Erin,

Erin is INCREDIBLE. I cannot recommend her Birth classes more highly. My partner and I did 'The Nitty Gritty' and left feeling so full of knowledge, empowered and excited for birth. Her passion for all things child birth and Maternal Health Education is inspiring and she will make you feel ready for anything. We are having our first child so really were just going through the pre-birth motions, but now after seeing Erin we feel very safe. Thank you!

Myself and my partner Bel did the Nitty Gritty' class face-to-face with Erin over the weekend and we cannot recommend it enough. Having Erin come to your house made the whole experience so informal and relaxed - exactly what we were after. We were able to ask personalised questions throughout and make sure that everything that we wanted to know was covered.Erin was absolutely delightful and was able to impart so much knowledge and wisdom on us from her own experiences of birth as well as her many years of experience as a midwife.If you're wanting to avoid a class environment and just have someone tell you exactly what to expect and how best to prepare for what's to come

My husband and I purchased Erin’s Nitty Gritty package on labour/birth, breast feeding and the fourth trimester. We did the session at 33weeks. Erin spent the afternoon at our house and answered every question we had (and with no judgement as silly as some questions might have been!). The class was so valuable in educating us about the unknown and we went into birth feeling as prepared as we could have been - Erin’s experience and knowledge was so reassuring. Now two weeks since the arrival of our little girl and every few days I find myself referring back to Erin’s follow up email and resources for more information. We would highly recommend to all expectant parents! Thank you again so much :)
