Great team, friendly and easy to work with! Brooke and Gregg were fantastic, they kept me well informed, provided options for work that needed doing and then made sure everything worked out for the time deadline including re organising a much needed courtesy car. Very expensive, more expensive than other Toyota Dealerships.They told me they would call with final price and time to pick up but I had to call them. They also left it dirty iv never had a car service where they don’t give a quick clean

We worked with Pat Heffernan on a 22 Hilux. He was knowledgeable on the vehicle and relaxed to deal with from signing an order to delivery. Managed my expectations on delivery time frame which was 4-6 months and it came in that time frame.Pat always took my calls and or came back to me promptly on any question I had on the car and upgrade options. I drove to Croydon dealership which was a lot further from my house than a few other Toyota dealerships - after a few phone conversations with 3 Toyota dealers I felt Pat was very straight forward so the extra drive was worth it.We also waiting on another vehicle Pat sold us.Cheers Pat loving the Luxey!

Sales team were brilliant, would always help me out when we had questions. Mitch and Lachlan were great. Service department on the other hand... lets just say that 'G' was extremely rude and dismissive when we needed help with a problem. It's a shame that the Service Department (I use the word 'Service' very generously here) have tarnished my experience to the point where I probably wont be going back.
