Great service friendly staff

I would avoid this company like the plague ! Sent a tractor there which was instructed by border security that it needed to be cleaned which it did . Pictures were taken of the machine before it was sent there (thank god) . Once it had be cleaned and re inspected I was told it was good to collect . That was of course after I had paid their $3,558.50 bill .Once paid I instructed a family friend with his tilt tray to collect the tractor and deliver to my property .After it was delivered , to my disbelief I found that the loader ram on the tractor was bent like a banana as someone had tried to lift the loader via the chrome rod of the ram ! And had also tried to straighten it by forcing down to straighten the rod .I rang Jeneane to inform her of this damage and she said “it wouldn’t have been us ,we don’t damage customers property . If anything we actually fix their property when it comes in”.She then proceeded to accuse the tilt tray driver of damaging the ram . I then rang my tilt tray guy to quiz him of the damaged ram and he said that the ram was damaged when he collected it and even made a comment to Jeneane about it .I then rang Jeneane back and told her that the truckie insisted that it wasn’t him and that I could provide photographic evidence that the ram was straight before they were instructed to clean it . Jeneane’s responce was “I will get peter to call you” . Peter did indeed call me and I explained what I had told jeneane to him . He said that he doesn’t think they would have damaged it but if I sent him photos of the damage before and after then he would have a look . I sent him photos of the damage and to my shock he admitted that it was them that damaged it !!! This only enraged me more as I had been told flat out by Jeneane that they “don’t damage customers property , we fix them in most cases” . Peter agreed to but me a new ram so I suppose yes they do fix customers property , but not before they break them first !Certainly WILL NOT be using ever again nor will I be recommending this company to any of my customers !COMPLETELY DISGUSTING WAY TO OPERATE A BUSINESS
