Nimmitabel Motel

We stayed one night and the room was clean and tidy. Very comfortable bed and heating was great. It is located in a quiet position and within walking distance to the village. Good value for the price.

Our family of 5 stayed in a family room. The affordable room was small but very clean, warm and cosy on a cold night. Beds were comfortable and we had a beautiful sleep in a quiet location. The host is super friendly and makes you feel really welcome. We would definitely stay again if passing through that way.

Room was simple but absolutely comfortable and clean. Lizzie is a really friendly and helpful host. This is a little gem on the way south from Cooma and we'll be staying again next time on our way through.

Lizzie is a fantastic host and really took care of us during our stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean and easily accessible (i.e. you don't have to lug your bags up staircases like in other Nimmitable accommodation options). I'd definitely come again :)

Poorly set up, missing essentials, cold, had to wait an hour to get in despite organising to arrive between 2 and 3, had to wait until 3.45. Other people's food infridge, hair on the sink, crockery still dirty in cupboard.

Stayed one night with our family of four. Basic and comfortable accommodation and was very affordable. 1950s/1960s style place which is all part of the charm.Nice and clean with a friendly owner.

Be careful when booking this hotel. We booked two rooms as we had six travelling on motor bikes. When we arrived we were told we had booked in at the Federal Hotel Nimmitabel (operated by the same owner) which was a lie. Eventually we were given a room at the motel. The room consisted of a double bed, a bunk and a fold out sofa. The heater in the living room was hot attached to anything just sitting on a metal base that was not securing the heater. The shower floor was covered in muddy footprints, (not ours), and to make you feel right at home when we moved a sofa to make some room we discovers 'Ratsak' pellets all over the floor. Finally no WiFi as advertised, not that this was a big deal to us, but to others it maybe. We were told there are new owners, so check latest reviews. The only redeeming factor was Judy who works at the motel, Judy did here best to sort things out with no assistance from the owner. Avoid if you can.
