The battery in our Voltex smoke alarm was going flat after 2 and a half years of installing, I jumped on their website to order some new batteries as they aren't a common battery type to find at the shops. The customer service team were absolutely fantastic, so friendly and helpful and was as simple as the online chat to communicate. I received replacement batteries free of charge within less than 24 hours to my door, and a bag of lollies to go with. Thank you so much for your amazing service :)

We've been using a lot of their gear for the past 5 years and the team here is absolutely outstanding. Any warranty claims they sort out straight away, hassle free. Any items we've incorrectly ordered or had sitting in the shed for a while that we no longer require, they've sorted out returns and refunds with Zero fuss. This week had a 4.5 year old Voltex Monaco 10W LED downlight fail (warranty is 7 years). Rang Voltex and they sent out a replacement unit which was received a few hours later.Best customer service I have ever experienced!! Thank you so much.

Attentive, nothing is ever a problem, will drive the price down even further if you ask and their deliveries are free (no minimum order required) and are overnight Australia wide! You get a free bag of treats each purchase, your number is programmed in their phone system so you are greeted by name when you call and if you need urgent same day pick up (and you are in Adelaide) then you are welcome to pick up at Melrose Park. Truely are a great customer focused business. Been with them since the CableLoc days.

Customer service is amazing! Voltex put in the extra effort. Delivery is super fast, competitive pricing, great quality gear and even better warranties. They guarantee their products and if anything fails they will pay you for your time to go back to replace. I had a delivery go to the post office and when I couldn't get to the post office before it closed they even organised an uber to get it delivered to my door.
