Hi , I have had my puppy for 17yrs now so I couldn’t leave Australia without him and was very concerned about him travelling to the UK . You here lots of bad stories about pet travel and I was very nervous but Petraveller definitely put my mind at ease , they sent me update videos of my boy and he was always happy and wagging his tail and it was such a easy process. I would highly recommend Petraveller as we love our animals as part of the family and want them to be in the safest environment possible. A big thank You to the Petraveller team

Moving my dog all the way from Australia to the Netherlands was one of the most stressful things I have ever needed to worry about. But this worry was entirely taken away by the team from Petraveller who helped guide me ever step of the way.Their communication was fantastic starting from the point of informing me of all the preparation I needed to do for my dog, what to expect and help answer my many questions. They were super responsive and friendly (and most importantly patient).I am now reunited with my beloved dog and even in the after care they’ve been great asking how we’re both settling in.Thank you Petraveller team for helping me and Diesel in making this a very smooth journey and reducing my stress for this trip!

Excellent door to door service. My two chihuahuas were picked up from Bunbury Western Australia and were delivered safe and sound in Malaysia. All the staff involved were professional and very interested in the welfare and safety of my dogs. They travelled from Perth to Sydney and then on to Singapore. They stayed with a Petraveller associate in Singapore while they had their government paperwork sorted. Then they were brought overland from Singapore to their final destination Sitiawan Malaysia. Throughout the whole journey I received frequent photos and videos. My dogs seemed happy and loved throughout the 8 day journey. I am very happy with the service and thoroughly recommend Petraveller. Well worth the money spent.

I highly recommend Petravellers! I hired them to move my two dogs from Sydney to Geneva, and the service from start to finish was exemplary. I was relocating to work and live overseas and as my dogs are family, they were coming too. I had concerns about how they would experience the long flights and was given clear and thorough information about how the dogs would be cared for that settled all my concerns. The updates, videos and photos sent during their pick up, arrival at Sydney airport, time in transit in Dubai were all incredibly comforting to me and made the world of difference as I anxiously awaited their arrival. When I did pick them up at Geneva airport, they were both in EXCELLENT shape, physically, mentally and emotionally. I was so relieved and grateful to Petravellers. Hiring Petravellers took all the stress and worry off me and gave me the peace of mind that bringing them to the other side of the world with me was a good plan. Absolutely outstanding service. The relocation of a pet internationally is a big decision & we conducted a lot of research. Time and time again Petraveller was recommended, including from our vet. From our initial enquiry to delivery in Atlanta, US, the communication was professional, timely & considerate. All of our questions were answered and the team were available 24/7 for questions and during the relocation. Picking up a dog from an international cargo terminal could be considered stressful, yet in our experience, was easy as Petraveller had done all the work, all was left was to pick up our happy dog. Highly recommended and we will use again!

I want to say a big Thank you to Katrina and Sam and the whole Petraveller team ! We recently moved from Sydney to Toronto Canada. Petraveller helps us relocate our black lab Touke. Katrina helped us through out the whole process she was very helpful and friendly to talk too. Her communication has been excellent throughout the whole process. From when Touke was collected Katrina and Sam were wonderful keeping us updated on his journey. They made me feel very reassured that Touke was safe and in great hands. We have a 4yo labradoodle just safely relocating from Melbourne to Los Angeles assisted by Petraveller. I thank the Petraveller team for the great service all the way from initial consultation (Paul) and further communication (Lindy), to pet hand over (Jo) and subsequent updates (Jo and Sam). Although the original flight had been delayed, the rescheduling process was very fast. Cooper received great care while at the pet hotel. I also thank pet hotel staff for giving Cooper the medication as instructed. I would definitely recommend Petraveller to anyone!

Kylie and the team at Petraveller recently transported my dog from Sydney to Christchurch, NZ. He arrived safe and sound and in excellent condition and has settled into life in New Zealand very quickly. I enjoyed the updates, photo's and video's from the Petraveller team each step along the way of Toby's journey and they helped me feel reassured he was doing fine.
