Returned an item and Tamica served me, absolutely disgusting service. Every-time I come here the owner/manager gives everyone bad looks when they walk in. I have spoken to other people that have had the same experiences multiple times. Appalling service considering how much money you spend at this place.

Terrible customer service. My sister (with 2 young children) purchased a gift card in store for a Christmas present. I went to use it interstate only to find it had not been activated. The store staff could not fix the issue. I called the customer service number for days and it was engaged until finally I got through to a lady who told me my sister had to go back to the original store to have the card activated. After saying that it was not an appropriate expectation to burden the customer, I had to put my request in writing with proof of purchase (thankfully my sister had not thrown out the receipt, as apparently showing the gift card number was not enough). It took 12 days and multiple emails for Peter Alexander customer service to issue a new eGift Card, something that takes the click of a few buttons. Not to mention the fact the clothing is massively overpriced.

Absolutely disgusting, went with a friend. All staff present on shift followed my friend around as if her intention was to steal, the staff were nothing but extremely racist. And I have no intention of taking down my review as this WAS part of my experience. I will not shop there as they are highly disrespectful and have extremely poor customer service. I have experience as an assistant manger in retail and this unfair treatment and behaviour deserves to be shut down
