The team were responsive to emails and provided prompt delivery for the parts I was after for my Nordic Track T 23.They honored their 10 year warranty for treadmill motors and provided me a replacement motor after mine failed after 6 years of use.I wound recommend ICON fitness and all Nordic Track products to anyone looking for good quality fitness equipment with a solid and easy warranty process just in case you need!

I own a NordicTrack exercise bike, treadmill and rower. Have had all for many years now and the quality and the ease of use of all my exercise equipment is above anything else. Having the iFit family account is a big bonus and the main reason I originally went with NordicTrack equipment. I love the idea if I want to use my rower, I can row in England on the River Thames with an Olympian Rower as my personal trainer. It makes you feel as though you are actually rowing on the river and the scenery is amazing in 1080p HD. Having the guidance of a quality trainer actually helps you not only learn the correct fundimentals on how to row correctly, but having a trainer actually pushes you to work harder and harder to achieve your personal goals as well. Cannot recommend this company enough. The cusomer service is exceptional that makes this company sit above anyone else. If something does go wrong, the customer service team are very friendly and very accomodating to rectify your issue very quickly. If a replacement part needs shipping to you, it only takes a day or 2, as it's always delivered by express courier. Also the company has wonderful and very friendly service techs that can come to your house to assist with any repairs onsite. The company also offers an installation tech to install your product if needed.As I have said, this companies products and customer service is above and beyond,Thanks Josh

Quite possibly the worst service any company could ever offer. Waited 1 month and 1 week to receive a $4k treadmill which was DOA. Now, having to wait another 1+ month for a new one. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, practically non-existent and they do not care about their customers. I am on hold as we speak on a Friday mid-day and have been on hold now to talk to someone for 1.45 min - that's right 1:45 minutes! Will never buy from these people every again, should of gone with my first instinct of a Peloton - 100% better product for same price!Do not buy NordicTrack aka Icon Fitness.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the service and performance of the NordicTrack T8.5 treadmill, as well as the accompanying iFIT subscription. My experience with your company has been nothing short of a disaster, and I feel compelled to share my grievances.From the moment I purchased the treadmill, I was heavily reliant on the iFIT subscription for my workout routines. However, I have consistently encountered issues with the workout videos abruptly stopping in the middle of a session. This problem not only disrupts the flow of my workouts but also leads to prolonged periods of downtime where the machine becomes unresponsive. In many instances, I have resorted to repeatedly turning the power on and off just to restore normal functionality. This bizarre and inconvenient situation has significantly hindered my ability to fully utilize the treadmill and the promised benefits of the iFIT experience.Furthermore, the lack of an effective channel to voice my concerns has only added to my frustration. Despite reaching out to the local Australian team for assistance, I have received indifferent and unhelpful responses. Their disregard for my issues and subsequent redirection to the iFIT helpline, which appears to be located in the United States, further emphasizes the lack of accountability and support provided by NordicTrack's local representatives.As a customer, I had expected a seamless and enjoyable experience, given the reputation of NordicTrack. Regrettably, I have encountered ongoing problems that have severely impacted my satisfaction with your product and services.I strongly urge you to take this matter seriously and promptly address the persistent issues I am facing. It is imperative that you demonstrate a higher level of customer service, responsiveness, and accountability. As a loyal customer, I deserve a timely and satisfactory resolution to these problems.I sincerely hope that NordicTrack will take the necessary steps to rectify the situation and restore my faith in your brand.

I shopped online and after purchasing a treadmill, they called 2 days later to tell me it would be $500 for shipping. Yes they had messages on the website to say to enquire about freight - which I didn’t see at the time. Their website shouldn’t process any orders if this is the case. It was highly frustrating and their customer service wasn’t friendly or helpful at all. Such a shame as this was going to be my second NT treadmill purchase.

Bought a new Nordic Track Commercial 2450 treadmill and it arrived on 15/12/21, after we assembled it the console screen did not work properly and went black. Much to our dismay, we then were unable to use the treadmill until a replacement was order, delivered and installed.I was very impressed with the customer service team, always polite and helpful and we had issues at a bad time being Christmas, and with covid rampant caused for extra delays which were not avoidable.Due to the month delay the team gave me 3 extra months for the IFit subscription as we lost the first month and were helpful as the first mechanic got covid and we had to arrange for another person to come and install the new console.I am now very impressed with the product and the whole family use it. the Last week we have all enjoyed walks and runs with the Ifit trainers and at interesting locations. I would highly recommend this product and the customer service was excellent.
