My first ever yoga session! Very relaxed and welcoming environment. Catherine was fantastic! Very engaging with clear instruction. Started a 2 week trial (Yogi Explorer), looking forward to the next session. Going to try the Restore... Thanks Pantha way

The Pantha Way offers powerful classes and a beautiful community. I highly recommend the Back 2 Basics Yoga course. It taught me so much about refining my practice, connected me with wonderful people, and nurtured my mind and body. Vivienne is an amazing guide who focuses on integrity, authenticity, balance and courage.

The Pantha Way is a beautiful studio, set in the heart of Port Kembla. The studio has a diverse range of classes for all types of people at all different stages of their yoga journey. The owner, Cat, and the other wonderful teachers create a beautiful space for people to learn, grow and connect with community. I would recommend this yoga studio to anyone who is looking for a studio on the South Coast of NSW.

I discovered Yoga Vidya, a beautiful spacious studio in Port Kembla, about four months and have been a regular ever since. Kelly is a gifted and passionate teacher, with a lovely way of guiding you through the challenges that yoga presents. She also keeps a strong focus on breath, which I love! And even though I’ve practiced yoga for some time, I come away each week having learnt something new about how to move into an asana or how to make a small adjustment to bring ease into my practice. Kelly has a generosity that really shines, in her teaching and knowledge of yoga, in the way she runs the studio and with her ritual pot of tea after class. Thanks Kelly, see you on the mat soon!

I couldn't recommend the private lessons with Kelly enough!I have only just started my yoga journey, and as well as taking regular classes with the wonderful Shell and Georgia, I found that my private sessions brought a real tailored and individual approach to my learning.Kelly listened and catered to my individual needs so supportively and in her wonderfully nurturing way, that my private sessions brought me much growth and awareness I could not have reached so effectively by myself. How happy I am to have become a member of Yoga Vidya and to have started my journey with these amazing teachers. Thank you, Leila

Port is really lucky to have this studio in its little town. The space feels nourishing and when I walk in I feel like I’m home. It’s rare that you click with every teacher because of all the different styles, but unbelievably all the teachers I’ve had from Cat, Paul, Vivienne and Sarah they have all been uniquely amazing. I love this studio supports the community by having monthly community yoga and it regularly runs mens yoga and is involved in the communities events. I love this place so much and have taken lots of my friends for classes because it’s too good not to share.

Great studio in the heart of Port Kembla. Easy to get to and plenty of street parking. A variety of classes are offered and a variety of abilities are catered for. A very welcoming place. I'm a beginner and I really enjoy the classes, even the ones which challenge me! Definitely recommend Kelly's classes to anyone who wants to enhance their life and find a balance. She is very patient, warm and encouraging. She shares an amazing energy - very calming and strong at the same time. Even my husband and daughter decided to join. We're all at different levels and somehow Kelly is able to cater for us all. I love Kelly's explicit and guided instruction and her mantra of applying our practice of yoga to our daily existence. Mats and yoga equipment are provided but you can bring your own. A variety of passes are available. Its worth getting a pass!!

Kel is the most down to earth “real” yoga teacher I have ever come across. Not being a yoga star myself she makes the class feel so comfortable for me to be participating in. I just completed the beginners 4 week meditation workshop which was has made such a difference to my everyday life by just realising how to relax in any moment whether it is a stressful one or day to day life. Being in kels studio itself just feels like I’m really having quality “me” time it’s just so relaxing and peaceful in there. ❤️
