I have been using their service for nearly four months. I was in pain for a long time with my migraine and their massage and acupuncture help me to solve my problem. The location is clean and the staff is friendly and professional.

A bit pricey for a remedial massage. They should have a pensioner discount.

I an an amateur triathelte works in construction and I can't tell these guys know what they are doing,professional and knowledgeable.

Horrible experience.Came in yesterday as a walk in and my partner was told to wait over an hour so she made an appointment for today instead at 3pm.Today she went in at 3pm and was told that her appointment didn’t exist. It was obviously busy and the guy at the machine was disrespectful and probably gave away her appointment. We travelled here for no reason and was told to wait another 35 minutes. Ridiculous service - stay away.

I had a 90 min session and Grace did amazing job .. its like doctor hitting ur nerves .. definitely one of the best in town :) keep up good work team :)

My massage was outstanding! The masseuse was great. Deep massage on my back, even got on my back at one stage. Fixed up my calves and really got into my hip making it better. If I didn't live in Brisbane I would be coming back all the time

Be sure to go here when it's not busy as there are no individual rooms but tables and curtains which can be overwhelming when it is busy. Ask for a bed in the corner and away from anyone else. Make sure you tell them everything from the start. My first massage was better than the rest otherwise it's a great spot in Westfield

I used to go every week because they gave good massages. I made an appointment as usual but the manager gave it to someone else right infront of me who refused to have a man give her a massage so the person which i booked with was given to her without even asking me. Then he tried to tell me she made the appointment first. I said ill go with the guy just dont lie to me. He said fine take your money i dont care go and dont come back. Which is fine with me there is other places to go, especially if he is going to act like a child.By the way my credit card was never refunded like you would expect when someone says take your money and leave. I guess he must have forgot how while he was playing with the machine.Moral of the story is they give good massages but their manners and morals are questionable. Also they dont know how to refund a apparently.
