The Complete Canine

I have just finished the Bootcamp Program with my two dogs (a pointer cross and a puggle), and it has been a fantastic experience. My dogs had problems with lead pulling, leash reactivity, poor recall and impulsive behaviours. Tegan was incredible. She has a vast range of knowledge and a simple way of explaining things to help you better understand your dogs' behaviours and provides clear explanations with her methods. Tegan has taught me the skills and knowledge to understand my dogs' behaviours, how to identify any triggers"

Tegan was really great and in only 3 sessions has given me plenty of tips and tricks to help my puppy with her training & development. I'm already noticing the difference in her behaviour in such a short time. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a trainer!

We have been seeing Complete Canine since last year for our pup Loki. Even with the on and off lockdown in Melbourne, Sanne (back then) was super reliable and flexible for our private session!Now Tegan is running the business and she is very knowledgeable and passionate with what she's doing! Been to a few group classes with her, she gave me plenty of advice how to build my engagement with Loki and its working so well! She is like a mentor/supporter for me and Loki ❤

Getting a new puppy for the first time in almost 10years I felt a little lost and just wanted some help to feel like I was doing the right thing and giving my puppy the best start in life.I had never used a dog trainer before so I didn’t really know what to expect and was a little nervous, but I have been over the moon with how sessions have been going with Tegan.I didn’t even know how much we didn’t know, and how many small changes I could make that are slowly adding up to big improvements. Pumpkin loved Tegan immediately. Tegan made me feel supported and was so patient while I was trying to understand and implement what she was teaching both Pumpkin and myself.Pumpkin is doing so well already and watching her grow and learn with Tegans help is so rewarding, I can’t wait to continue training as Pumpkin gets older.

Having Tegan come and train my dog has been an absolute life saver, as someone who had trouble training her myself and as someone who doesn't have the knowledge, Tegan made everything so easy to learn. After the first couple sessions I was almost certain she gave me someone else's dog, because it was a clear, night and day difference. The training alone would be worth every second, but Tegan also taught me how to continue my pup's training, which has been absolutely amazing and she’s been getting better and better every session. I couldn’t recommend Tegan enough, she’s made the future for me and my dog so much better. Tegan is such an amazing trainer for my husky puppy (Ace). He is stubborn and not so food driven but Tegan taught me how to still keep engagement! Ace now has so many clever skills that we will continue working on! Highly recommend Tegan!

Tegan has been an absolute god send to me and my young family. My partner who works away decided to surprise us with a German Shorthaired Pointer pup last Christmas and it has been interesting to say the least. With Tegan’s help and guidance I am feeling much less anxiety around walking Winston as that was our biggest obstacle! Although we aren’t quite perfect yet we have come leaps and bounds to where we first started! I couldn’t even open the door without him usain bolting out. I can’t recommend Tegan enough! 20/10 for service and care.
