Designer Concrete Resurfacing

This concreter is a bad man. Similar to the other lady who posted a review, we felt that as soon as we paid the deposit, he took his time doing and scheduling the job. He said he would come one week to begin, but didn't begin until two weeks later. We had no choice but to wait. The job was ok, had a few issues, but service was very bad.

Amazing job. My old tired concrete looks brand new. Very polite. Very professional. My neighbour witnessed him at work and got him to do their driveway too.

Living at the waters edge made it very hard to find an honest, reliable, trustworthy and creative concrete resurfacer who would understand the needs of our multilevel home. With tricky external stairs, rock areas in between and sensitive sandstone surfaces that were features in our outdoor areas, we were very anxious about hiring the correct individual that would understand our needs. Sam was amazing at putting us at ease, giving us the right advice on what would work for our unique property, we trusted him and he delivered! Our external stairs look amazing and compliment our sandstone surroundings ( we have over 200 stairs). His prompt response, masterful tidy workmanship, that has attention to detail, and respect for the surrounding elements shone through the final result. We highly recommend Sam, to our friends and relatives, and would have him back to resurface our concrete any day.

The guy who runs this business was rude as soon as the deposit was paid. We called him a few times to come out and fix some problems we had with the job and it simply didn't happen.Don't recommend this guy.

I honestly could not be more happy with the end result and would definitely recommend to all of my friends!! If you want a reliable, efficient, knowledgable individual to trust with your home at a very reasonable price, I would 100% go with Designer. Everyone loves what they've done with my place and I can't thank them enough!! :)

I found Sam to be timely given weather conditions, clean, neat and did a great job. At all times he was polite and responsive.
