Daniel provided excellent service and was extremely helpful in offering solutions to combat further blocked drains. Highly recommended for prompt service and very competitive prices. We would use Daniel’s services again.

Initially had Daniel clear a storm water drain with a hydrojet. His price for this service was very competitive and he did what I asked him to do. As part of the job he identified some other issues which was appreciated and I agreed for work to be done to 3 downpipes. I was not happy with the finished result for the 3 downpipes that he had cut and put in new piping without a joiner. I was told that joiners were expensive and not necessary. Without the joiners there were big gaps where the pipes met as the new pipes were larger than the old. We have young kids that would put things down them, plus I thought the job looked unprofessional. All our other downpipes have joiners, so why wouldn't I want the same. I did provide feedback and was given an explanation that I don't agree with. I had Roof and Restoration quote and they also do gutters and I shared the explanation provided by Daniel. They didn't agree with his explanation and concerns and thought it was simply that Daniel didn't have any in his Ute. I agree with that. I've paid Daniel in full as he did do work, I accept some responsibility as I should have confirmed his intended work prior to him doing it, but I'd expect that new work would have met the same standard as all other work on the downpipes previously and to ensure uniformity of appearance. I won't be using Daniel's company again.

Outstanding service from Daniel.Blocked Drain Services was the fourth company I contacted to deal with the same problem, water hammer.I explained my problem and Daniel thought about it and offered several solutions. He said that it could be one of a series of problems and that he would work through them in the order of probability. On his second short visit, he solved the problem that has been getting worse over the last 2 years.His knowledge of plumbing gave me confidence in his ability. I cannot speak highly enough of his knowledge and skills.

This meant he had to put new pipes in through the wall and nothing is easy in our 80 plus year old home.Daniel was thorough, left my place clean and he even blew some bubbles for our toddler at her insistence.We will use Blocked Drain Services for any and all plumbing jobs in the future. Daniel and Daniella were fantastic. They did a lot of work for me at my commercial premises where I needed a shower installed and a very specific hot water service installed. They worked with all other trades involved and at times Daniella assisted in the project management, organising some of the trades for me. It was a big and lengthy job and I'm so glad I had such great trades working with me. Thank you guys!!
