We are based in WA ,needed to replace one of our Vola Kitchen taps (wear & tear) and dealt with Jason in Sydney. The service and attention to ensuring the correct model was sent to us was exceptional ,professional and expeditious. Thoroughly impressed and would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to this business.

I walked into the showroom last year and asked for several item prices, butler sink, taps, twin shower, custom copper shower, asked technical questions about zip hydrotap etc. Every question was answered and items sourced and priced within minutes! Spec sheets were set up same day and emailed to me along with quotes and existing quotes were beaten. Bathroom Collective have an edited selection of beautiful items, and cover all current and classic styles and budgets. Super friendly, super fun, but most importantly, they know what they are doing and they really love what they do. So thrilled they moved into the hood. I have called up all my design buddies and this is our first and last stop for anything bathroom and/or kitchen. This is the ONLY place I know of where I can take a plan and idea of 'look' and wait for a quote of products sourced by Bathroom Collective within budget. I used to search for items for specific projects for hours, now they do all the hard work, because that's what they do. Win-Win for designer-supplier.

Not helpfull, the boy Jason ? in the bathroom store, didnt want to assist or had no idea about the product, he seemed too lost or had his mind on something else, so i went down the road where they were more than helpfull and much more reasonable, I ended up getting all of my bathroom products another local supply of Vola, i would shop at Bathroom X or Bathroom collective, they are the same person !

The store is very well set-out. You can be confident that Jason, Joey and the team will go above and beyond for you!

We have been living with our bathroom for a year and a half now and every day I walk into it, I LOVE IT. I was hesitant to go into the Vola store because it looked so far out of my price range, but after doing our research into what a new bathroom would cost, the extra we spent on the finest finishes wasn't too terrible to the wallet and was worth every dollar. Jason spent hours with us answering the same question over and over (does it come in yellow - answer: yes - everything in the Vola range comes in yellow). He was pretty keen to see a yellow bathroom too. When build time came, there were a few product delays (ordering bespoke products during a pandemic when there are no planes) and Jason worked with our builders to keep progressing the installation. Every time I pass the store I smile, and every time I soak in my amazing bathtub, I'm forever pleased that I went with the higher quality fixtures.
