Purchased a whole Ensuite fit out from Fienza only issue has been the Nighmare trying to get the correct replacement toilet lid & seat after being sold the wrong one?? Can't just return it like I thought I could. Have to send a enquiry & keep waiting not very good after sales service at all .

We love our Fienza products so much. We had a minor issue with one of the mixers we purchased but Samantha in the Aftersales department sent someone out to fix it in less than 48 hours! Great service!

Products are a really good price but the toilet seat started to go quite quickly and has shattered 3 years in and no one stocks replacements and Fienza were super unhelpful as they are wholesalers and everything has to be done through a store, really annoying as who the heck buys a toilet seat unless it is broken and then to have to wait for it to be shipped to store. Would have been better off going to Bunnings so you can at least replace it easily.

I had a basin that had developed fine line cracks. I approached the supplier who contacted Fienza. The basin was out of warranty but Fienza supplied a replacement. This all happened within the space of a few days. Very pleased with the result! Thank you Fienza.

Recently purchased a whole heap of Fienza bathware to update my new build. Firstly I am really impressed with the customer service given by Fienza, the team was very helpful and went above and beyond to provide me further information. Secondly the quality of the products is fantastic and they look great and they have such a large variety to choose from. Thirdly it arrived in a flash within ordering my products and it arriving at store was all done with in a week!! Amazing work Fienza.

I purchased a new home and found the pop up plug was not holding the water. I had not built the house so did not have all the appropriate paperwork. I got in touch with Fienza and could not have had a more pleasant customer experience than I did with Rachel that resulted in a new unit being delivered and works perfectly.
