Yesterday 25/1/2023 at 5:15 pm 2 unauthorised purchases were made from Nike obviously without my knowledge. I was made aware of this while at home on the couch witnessing money being debited from my bank account.. I cannot believe there is no after hour contact for fraudulent purchases …no store address, phone number nor a receipt to follow up on … obviously the security of this app is pathetic… still waiting on a reply from openpay. Absolute joke of a company

A thoroughly professional courteous service, stress free way to spread payments for approved purchases.No interest, forget those in the media that criticise such services, Openpay is superior to bank loans and credit cards for small and medium purchases.There's a crystal clear contract and schedule of payments up front, they NEVER break this contract and you get reminders when payments are going to be deducted from your nominated account.They let you know immediately when your contract has been completed.I have used Openpay several times over the past two years and will continue to do so.Totally easy, safe, secure, courteous and not a hidden cent more for anything.Customer service is just as brilliant. They answer queries promptly and courteously.Top stuff all round, Guys, thanks so much!

Ridiculous staff running around like wild dogs doing whatever they want,set up acc HAD NOT EVEN USED IT and my acc was locked for missed payments even though it had never EVER been used,refused to let me speak to a supervisor and then hung up on me appalling customer service guess what guys this is what google local guides do we use services and then review it,and you FAILED BIG TIME

wouldn't even give them a star, poor customer service. still taking out payments that ended last month . hanging up on call 15mins before closing time and wasn't able to get through again. would not recommend .

Great Service, Simple to use and makes those larger spends a lot easier. Need a lot more stores to take up Openpay's service as it is spread over more than the standard 4 fortnightly payments that most others offer.

Has helped me out of a pickle a few times and helped me get a few Christmas presents, making end of year a little bit easier! Every plan I finish my amount has increased helping with higher ticket items, mainly mechanical work with my car.

Excellent variety of payment plans to help make those bigger purchases easier. I have used other BNPL but after using openpay I don't use any others. They also offer an increase in credit limit as you complete plans and are widely available.

Openpay rocks. Simple, easy to use, super easy app.. there’s nothing I can fault about it. Thanks to them I’ve been able to buy things I might not have been able to otherwise. Highly recommend.

I was at my lowest being unable to pay a large amount up front at the time to save my dog. This company helped so much. They were fast in approving and saved my girl. Even though I was able to pay the amount in full a few days later, their repayments were not over the top. Thankyou.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. As requested by their verification team I have emailed a photocopy of my drivers license and a selfie holding my license next to my face. In response I got an email saying that they having trouble to verify my drivers license and requesting for me to email a copy of my Medicare card. After emailing document requested, I received an email saying account has been verified successfully. Tried to login the account is not working. Call the customer support who refused to hear that I received a confirmation that account has been approved and just keep repeating that Medicare is not sufficient type of identification and driving license need to be provided. She refused to get supervisor or put me through to verification team. I was considering to use openpay for my business, but after this experience I have change my mind.
