The Sugar Shaker Restaurant
The worst experience in Townsville, turned up on time for my reservation only to be told they have a function and are fully booked. Showed them my confirmed reservation and was told I could sit at the bar and get food. Don’t waste your time with this well below par hotel.

We enjoyed another lovely breakfast here today. The range and quality makes breakfast dining here first rate. A special thanks to Mae, Rayne, Tony and staff for providing lovely service. We shall return and conquer the buffet breakfast.

Stayed at the hotel and dined here for breakfast and dinner. Was pleasantly surprised. Food quality and taste was well above average. Good portions,well cooked, good produce, nice presentation and wait staff well trained and friendly. The strudel was a winner. I would recommend it.

Went for dinner with my wife and 1yr old son, fantastic food, service was really good, 2 course meal was a great deal, wife and I split a desert an entree, all the food was really really good. Second time we've been and we will definitely go back, thanks heaps guys, great dining experience

The service here is wonderful. Vibey music, dim lighting and the food came super quick. This place is seriously recommended. Will come here again. Absolutely delicious food I devoured mine.

Some of the staff are in experienced. The others made up for it. But it had a quiet atmosphere with very, but not the best decor
