A fairly complex installation on a hill, with custom design privacy fence and sliding remote gates. The Ryhen team were professional, discussing all details to make sure I understood prior to placing the order. The technicians were on time, and Carrie in the office was really responsive in keeping me up to date with the progress. Quality materials and workmanship, really happy with the outcome, happy customer!

Purchased a small custom fence for a letterbox in December. The lady who assisted was very nice, but clearly just too busy. We were assured it was simple to construct, but had some difficulty putting it together and were told they couldn't come out for weeks to help. Even when we asked for details of some tradespeople that may be familiar with their products they promised to get back to us but ultimately never did.In the end it cost me extra money as my landscaper found it difficult to construct and it doesn't look quite right. I wish we went down a simpler path from the start or received better communciation.

Rhyen provided a custom automated gate and side gates all fabricated to spec. They are high quality, well installed to measure. Both service and cost we were extremely happy with. Highly recommended.
