They just keep pointing finger at metricon, and metricon point it at them, no response from either party. Been in my house for 2 years they’ve been out twice. 1st time nothing was fixed. 2nd time old mates jet decided to go crazy and chipped my tiles and my wall 6 months later nothing even though i have repeatedly emailed and called them. Absolute joke

I asked them to fix my toilet while I was away for an hour as I had to do a chore I come back later with a half fixed toilet and I giant poo inside of it
