Impressive Kitchens installed our new kitchen, Dave came to give us a quote, he was professional and friendly he explained to us what would work and what would not. Also gave us ideas we had not thought of. Monday they came to remove old cabinets, then next two days Sam came to install cabinets, he was very focused and did a perfect job. Impressive had Stone -Tech install splash backs, bench tops and breakfast bar. They also took so much time and care, the finished product looks excellent. Dave and his team are all punctual, polite and professional, we would highly recommend Impressive Kitchens, as we are over the moon with our new kitchen.

We approached David, the founder of Impressive Kitchen to have our kitchen renovated about two years ago. David and his team delivered a beautiful kitchen; the cabinets and drawers were very professionally built. It is everything I wanted. I love my kitchen.We were so impressed and my parting words to David then were: “We will come back to you if we need any home renovation/improvement in the future.” David is courteous and respectful, he was never pushy although we told him we would consider bathrooms next.We went back to have two bathrooms and laundry renovated by Impressive Kitchen & Bathroom recently, there were a few unexpected issues encountered in the process; David was very much a hands-on team leader. He was on top of the project and was aware of the progress of this job. His dedication, follow up, attention to details during the final stage was amazing. He was quick to resolve any issues and followed through to the solution. He even sent his factory supervisor over to ensure that this job is satisfactorily completed.Thank you, David.We wish you every success in your business.

Impressive by name, impressive in every way.It's been an absolute pleasure working with this company. David, the owner, is extremely organised, reliable and approachable. In our case, I replaced a 50 year old kitchen. David sent through a spreadsheet giving dates of each stage of the work and this plan was strictly adhered to. My old kitchen was completely ripped out and replaced with a new one in 10 days. The design and quality of workmanship are excellent. I am thrilled.I wish him every success, but just hope he's not too busy when I'm ready to do my next project!! This is my company of choice - there's definitely no need to shop around.

Should be called Unimpressive Kitchens because of their terrible communication & customer service. We had many big issues with this company, so even though their finished product is nice, we definitely wouldn’t use them again or recommend them. The issues were big ones, like failing to tell us that all the cabinets were ready for installation & were being delivered to us the week prior to their intended installation date. No one communicated anything with us, & the delivery drivers just showed up at our front door with all the cabinets. The other big issue was that they “lost” some of our cabinet doors, but couldn’t tell us what was happening with them- we had 3 different people tell us different things, including the boss saying that he’d personally delivered the doors to us, which was not true. We then had to wait another month or more for the doors to be re made & installed. Then when they did come to install them they didn’t bring the shelves as they were supposed to, & they also measured a few things incorrectly & had to replace or fix doors that didn’t fit. Overall it was just a frustrating experience dealing with all the issues, & with the obviously bad communication from the company.

David and his team designed and fitted quality custom made kitchen, cupboards and joinery in what I acknowledge was a challenging knock down and rebuild involving electrical, plumbing, tiling and carpentry in my small studio apartment. All tradespeople worked together very well and any issues that arose outside of their control were approached very professionally. Also, any concerns of mine were put at ease with considerable patience. I can highly recommend this company.

David the owner did a fantastic job on our study joinery, TV credenza and our sons bedroom desk/drawers. He was very reliable and always communicated with us, making sure everything was installed to the highest of quality and on time. Miguel did a fantastic job with installation onsite, and Tangi also with the final touches. We are extremely happy with the workmanship and service which David and the team provided to us. We were incredibly pleased with David and Impressive Kitchens.When we wanted to renovate Kitchen, We had no clue of what to do and knew we had a great deal of work ahead of us so we were anticipating a long and stressful road.With David, Just the opposite occurred. He was thoughtful, patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.He listened to our ideas and helped us find just the perfect match for our style and price range. He was always quick to return emails and made us feel that our questions were important.He always kept us updated with what is happening on the particular day and about the plan.In fact, David took the time to go over every detail so that nothing was missed! His attention to detail and to customer service is extraordinary.We love our kitchen, especially the cabinets and the design. Every part of it is in the perfect place. It makes cooking so entertaining and enjoyable.I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for kitchen renovation. You will be so happy with the products and service!

It’s always daunting when you start the process of replacing your kitchen.There’s the initial sketching and measuring. Then off to a few kitchen showrooms nearby.Then comes the kitchen designers to inspect your current kitchen and make recommendations.Our first designer basically said replace your existing cupboards and benchtops with new ones plus new appliances. Same-same!!No creativity.We wanted the kitchen to integrate better with the family and dining rooms.Lucky – a friend had used Impressive Kitchens a few times as part of his property management business.Along came David and Sam.David is the guru kitchen designer and maker, while Sam gave us a great plan to remove a few walls to create a bigger kitchen area and with better flow to the rest of the house.The building work started and the kitchen installation followed.We were very comfortable with each of the tradespeople in our home. The work was well organised, and proceeded according to the agreed timetable (excluding the COVID hiccup). The kitchen works, it is a pleasure to cook in, and looks great. We received great advice on the finishes that would work for our home. The quality and attention to detail is just what we needed. I would be very confident in recommending Impressive Kitchens to my friends (and have already done so).What a great job, thanks David and Sam.
