Terrible experience ever since new management and staff work there. I am a school teacher and have been attending this company for the past 10 years and just recently was told they do not print my school books anymore. I had to go and find somewhere else to complete the job. Terrible service by the office lady answering phone calls. She did not pass my message to the company manager. Terrible service.

You guys are awesome. Excellent customer service, time efficient, I only paid less but enjoy their high quality product. They met their customers' needs - I rang couple of business shops if they can print my business cards but they refused to do it as it took them 5-8 days but Spot Print just give it to me a day after I send them my file. I give you more 100%. Thanks heaps

The ladies (Rebekah and Bernadette) I spoke to at spot print were so helpful and kind. Communication was prompt and they gave me their best suggestions to make my business cards perfect. The final print turned out better than how I imagined it. Definitely only printing with them from now on. The pricing was the cheapest too, what more could I ask for ~
