The pharmacists at Lygon everyday chemist were really lovely, informative, reassuring and supportive every time I went. They were kind enough to offer support over the phone when I had questions about a medication after receiving it and it really helped with my adjustment and my health issue. Highly recommend, lovely people!

I have far more prescriptions that I’d like to be honest. The amazing team here take excellent care with helping me manage them all. Steve, Rose, Dom, Tash, Gerogia and the rest of the excellent staff are super friendly and personable. Always happy to offer advice and guidance where it’s needed and committed to my general well being. If you want to feel like a valued customer and be treated like an individual, this is hands down the best pharamcy I’ve ever been to. Customer service is off the charts! Throw in the ability to get vaccines, pathologyand myotherapt and you’re onto a winnerBonus points for being dog-friendly and always being as firendly and delightful to my pup as they are to me!

My elderly mother went there for a vaccination and the chemist who administered it was creepy towards her and very pushy to sell her vitamins. I've also had several bad experiences there over the years including aggressive upselling, withholding medications, unsolicited advice, noseyness. But messing with my mum its gone too far. These guys should be shut down.

I've never met anyone more talented at administering vaccines than Domenico. My daughter is generally terrified of injections and she now loves going to see him. He is so quick I didn't even realise he was done when I recently got my two injections, I thought he was just preparing the area with wipes. He is also super nice and friendly :-)

pharmacist with tattoo on neck was rude and told me to come back in 2 hours to get something signed cause he was busy even though I was told otherwise. He was rude and not understanding

My Jab was great. I got offered options which I wanted, a friendly joke to put me at ease and free jelly beans. Some people are just more helpful and friendlier than others.

Thought it was my friendly local chemist, been a customer for 10 years, till they refused to dispense my script. I'm in a cast on crutches with a valid script and the main chemist Steve wouldn't give me painkillers?? I went to another chemist they had no problem to fill the script. The other main chemist Dom is too nosy, gives unsolicited advice and tries to up sell you when picking up scripts.
