I do not normally get involved or respond about my experiences, but this time and for the time before, previously purchasing and installing an up market Dash Cam, about 18 months ago purchased from Strathfield Car Radios Strathfield lets me hands down praise and commend the Manager Danny and the Strathfield Car Radios Strathfield team. A special golden comment and huge mention is sent to Carlos lead installer. SCRS are at the top of their respective games, are super knowledgeable, and take care of people's vehicles. Joseph was great to deal with. I explained (with my limited knowledge on audio) the problem with the audio on my car. He had me booked in and assured that they would check it out. On the day of the job, Carlo found that my OEM head unit was bad. Another personrang me up as I had left the premises while the car was being checked and gave very sound advise on which head unit to get based on my needs. Great team, with Carlo being outstanding.

Strathfield Car Radios normally do a fantastic installation job. Over the past ten years I’ve had them do upgrades of various types on 4 vehicles - two in the past month.Both products are excellent - Street GuardianSG9663DRPro Dash Cam is one of the best I’ve seen. The video is exceptionally clear especially at night. I purchased a Sandisk 512Gb card from office works for $75.The Hybrid Systems Head Unit replaced a tiny 4 inch screen in my mum’s 2013 Ford Focus with a 10.5 inch touchscreen and wireless Apple CarPlay.. An awesome upgrade. Too bad all the video features are disabled even when parked but the huge screen is worth the upgrade by itself.Where they have fallen down - at least with me - is not configuring the items properly and also not giving me even a basic run through before I left their workshop. I do realise that today it’s a world of “visit the manufacturers website and download the PDF manual and learn it yourself ” but I had to return a second time for both cars. One to fix a bunch of settings not programmed properly into a new head unit and the other for a rear camera that was installed in a weird position.Having someone in charge with a checklist do a final check of the installation would help.Both issues were fixed promptly but I would have given them five stars without those return visits.Photo is the rear camera installed in my Jeep 4x4

Purchased Thinkware Dashcam for the front, backand inside of my Toyota Camry SX. The installation job was amazing. All cables neatly placed and hidden. Highly recommended in Northern Beaches area.

Staff is helpful and pretty knowledgeable about all the products they offer.During sale time, they offer good discounts as well.They also have a workshop to fit the devices but at an additional cost.

I bought a Kenwood DMX820WS head-unit from Strathfield Car Radios through eBay and installed it myself. Their pricing was really competitive, accurate description of unit and super quick delivery. I am very pleased with my purchase. I have no complaints.

I recently had a great experience with Strathfield Audio, as I updated my headset and added CarPlay in my Subaru Forester.We were assisted by Jamie who was excellent from the moment we entered the store to when we drove off. Jamie walked us diligently through all options even though there were multiple customers around and it was a busy day.He then even fit out installation in on the same day.What a great experience. Would highly recommend!

Excellent Experience at Strathfield Car Radios, went there to get my Dashcam checked that was not functioning from some time on Sunday 30th April and met this Gem of the Guy Jamie who was knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to my needs throughout the process. He checked my Dashcam with utmost patience and attention even though it was Sunday .and they were low in staff . Its only 2 days since I had submitted my Dashcam for repair and I received a call from him that they were replacing my Dashcam . I did not have to pay anything since it was under warranty . What really stood out to me was Jamies' dedication to customer service as he went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience. I would highly recommend Strathfield Car Radios and give them 5 stars and additional 2 stars to Jamie for all his support in this process . Keep up the good work . Cheers .
