Had a surprise today receiving some amazing flowers from a much loved client. This shop is just beautiful to just browse through, so many beautiful flowers and plants. Melanie is an artist, her creations are so clever and just gorgeous, she's really lovely as well ..... a must if you need a wonderful spread of flowers at a very reasonable price!

When I contacted The Billy Button florists last week from Canada via the chat line to organize flower delivery to a relative recuperating from surgery, i didn't realize how helpful the owner, Melanie, would be. She actually phoned me to discuss options of vases, flowers, prices. Then when I needed to contact her again to change delivery days, she was understanding and efficient. Can't recommend this company enough! And the flowers were perfect! Thanks!

I had flowers delivered to me, and the lady forgot the box for the flowers. She drove all the way back with the box a bit later on, and I received a complimentary bunch of flowers for the mistake. I really appreciated it!! Great customer service. The flowers were beautiful.
