The customer service from my second visit was warm, welcoming and helpful. They where able to help find what I was looking for while remaining respectful of the ignorance I had in this area. Would've given it five stars if the same could be said about the first time but no one is perfect.

I drove 2 hours twice to pick up an obviously unusable part. I was told they didn’t have time to inspect it and were resentful in giving me a refund. .

Terrible service, liars. Sold a car to a dealership that a friend bought, lied about the engine. Needed a full engine rebuild, took it in to them to fix ‘don’t know what’s wrong with it, looks fine’ took to a proper mechanic diagnosed it with a full engine rebuild. Don’t trust them at all!

New owner has taken over since my original positive review.New owner told me engine work had to be done on car before next rego check, I got a second opinion, was told work was not needed.Don't know who's lying to me

I called them in advance to make sure they had my parts, they said they did and told me to come collect them... however when I got there ,they couldn't find them .. I waited for over a hour with no luck so I just gave up and left.

Had different rims and tyres put on here. Only got 200m down the road and the front left wheel fell off and crashed into a truck. They didn't do the wheel nuts up! This could have killed me or someone else.Have tried to resolve this with them privately but they have refused to do that.Dangerous and negligent to the extreme.
