Yesterday was the second time I have used this company. Kevin arrived as scheduled both times - first was to install a sound bar which turned out to be harder than first thought due to lack of WiFi but he found a way around the problem. Next was to install a new TV and again a great job. Would highly recommend him.

This company is amazing. Good old fashioned service which is unusual these days. I rang to say I had a “no signal” sign on my TV and asked for a service call. Kevin told me he could probably fix it on the phone and save me any expense. So he talked me through it and fixed the problem! And he was so friendly and helpful. Fantastic service ..and they are obviously very competent.

Called up this afternoon with issues getting reception for my tv and Kevin walked me through the steps over the phone, not even 5 minutes later we had tv reception! Kevin was very professional, kind, patient and friendly and I will 100% use his services again if needed. Highly recommend

We had a new TV delivered recently, and had problems getting reception.When I contacted Kevin, he spent time walking me through the issues over the phone...and presto, the problem was fixed, at no charge! He was super friendly and very helpful, and I would not hesitate to use this company for anything else TV related. Highly recommended!

I contacted Kevin about the sudden loss of TV reception at our place. Not only did he call me back at 8.30pm but he also helped me troubleshoot the problem and fix the issue immediately. I also mentioned to him how my mobile coverage was dropping out and he helped me fix that too! Needless to say he'll be the first person I call going forward.

Had these guys come to fix up the work of other technicians who had overcharged us and left our connections worse than before. Kevin is a thorough professional and absolutely committed to providing the best solutions for customers. Importantly for someone working on things most of us don’t understand, he is incredibly honest and trustworthy.He explained everything he was doing and why and he fixed all of our problems quickly and fully, including a couple we didn’t even realise we had!I would have no hesitation in recommending Kevin and his team to any potential customers.
