Yay! I had another visit today! I love this store, I love the ladies who assist you and the items they have are just gorgeous, unique and reasonably priced. I shop online and the delivery time is timely.If you haven't been into the store - you're missing out. Smells great, looks awesome and has wonderful things to look at and feel.Well, I went back. Still the best gem store I've been to. The owner is lovely. After 45 minutes in store, my kids grabbed me as I was having so much fun and said it was time to go . Great quality, Beautiful selection and reasonable prices. I'd be very surprised if someone went into the Beautiful store, and didn't purchase something. See you on line again soon girls and face to face in the next 12 months!This is the best gem store ever for jewellery. A true hidden gem in sleepy Maitland high street. Went there 3 times in 24 hours. Reasonably priced and lovely owner. So happy to have found it!!!!

Nice variety of everything here - crystals, tarot, homewares, lighting, herbs. Queue at the counter was about 10 minutes from lining up, and each staff only had one customer to ring up, but other than that - store was clean and reasonably priced

This place used to be my home away from home. I would walk into the shop and sometimes not purchase anything, just loved being around the energy. This was until lockdown hit and I was treated differently about not wearing a mask (i am exempt, had been for a while, due to my own personal experiences) I was already a bit taken back by this. By treated differently I meant no one said hello and welcome as usual, I was just stared at in disbelief, which was and still is really confusing to me. A lady that served me even asked if I had any trouble not wearing a mask anywhere, very condescendingly. She didn’t have to say much more because I already felt her judgment without words.This is the last place in the world I would think I would have been judged and asked questions about what I do with my own body. I was extremely saddened as my previous interactions have ALWAYS been so lovely and kind. I still loved their products and crystals that I decided to do online orders to limit my time in store because of how uncomfortable I felt. One day instead of receiving a $20 refund for my order due to it being sold out, I got charged the whole amount again. So I was charged $220 for a $100 order. When I approached this place to have it looked at, I explained what happened and they told me due to it being pending it would bounce back in. The apology I got might as well have been none. This happened a week later, however I am still waiting on my $20 refund from 6 months ago. I didn’t have the energy to waste going back and explaining that it was very evident what had happened. I was charged the full amount of my original order instead of getting refunded.I have tried to go back since, but it’s never the same place it once was for me. Still has great products and amazing crystals, but maybe this feedback will help the staff learn to treat people with respect and kindness ALWAYS and not be so quick to treat someone differently based on assumptions about someone they don’t even know. Extremely disappointed…

Absolutely love this store. After reading all the reviews about rude customer service I was confused. I’ve never had a bad experience there. Staff keep to themselves generally unless you approach them which I prefer to be honest. And any encounter I’ve had with them they have always been lovely. Maybe others don’t see it that way. I love your shop there it’s always so beautiful and your selection of stones is breathtaking. I’ll come back every time I walk past!

I do love this shop! It is in a convenient position in the Levee mall area. They sell the most divine crystals, very high quality and for quite good prices compared to places such as Byron Bay. They have a large selection with lots of gorgeous crystal and silver jewellery as well. Also a great range of incense and Tarot/divination cards and books galore. They also sell their own brand of delicious reed diffuses for any room and I find that they last a long time. There are lots of super cute and simply beautiful ornaments and gift cards for perfect gift giving. Well worth a visit.

Headed into Preah Ko today to purchase a candle. Anyone looking for Gorgeous smelling candles it’s definitely worth checking it out. Purchased the candle ‘Happy’ and the room smells heavenly. Love Preah Ko. Always have such beautiful things.

Staff are always very cold and distant and reluctant to offer help. The three occasions I’ve been in they’ve been having very loud conversations with one another. I feel quite uncomfortable in this store and won’t be back

Best shop ever, this shop has amazing energy and amazing spirit i come her every week and the staff are so lovely and nice. The stuff at the shop are real and the energy of the crystals are everything. I would definitely recommend coming here. xx
