Recently enjoyed a beautiful Ayurvedic Full-body Massage at Ayu Ayurveda. It was a truly blissful experience! I would highly recommend Prue to anyone who is wanting an Ayurvedic treatment. Very much looking forward to my next appointment!

The most amazing Seasonal Cleanse & Cooking Workshop!I recently attended a cooking workshop with Prue. It was AMAZING! Prue is so full of knowledge and she is a wonderful teacher & guide. The entire day was filled with the most loving and nurturing energy. We learned how to make lots of Ayurvedic foods and Prue structured the workshop so that we were involved in the entire process. We shared soulful conversations and ate the delicious food in the sunshine. It was simply a magical day. Highly recommend!!I have also completed a seasonal cleanse with Prue and it was equally amazing. Prue's knowledge of cleansing and the bodies systems is extensive and her support throughout was a game changer. An Ayurvedic cleanse is very gentle and Prue is an excellent guide. If you've ever thought of doing one.. don't hesitate! You will not regret it.

I have done numerous Ayurvedic cleanses with Prue and she has been very supportive every step of the way, she shares all her knowledge and answered all my questions and went above and beyond what I expected, even checking in regularly during the cleanse to see how I was going. She even set up a private FB page so we could all get daily updates and share our journey together. I can't wait to do the next one! Also her Ayurvedic massages are AMAZING!
