Friendly staff, excellent communication by email during and after the quoting process. Quoted me a 2hr work time and had it done in 1hour. Prices better than anywhere else, still includes 60 day warranty on screen replacement. Best of all for me, they fix Nokias.

Took my phone in for a repair last week. No doubt the service was good and repair was fast.The very next day my home button got stuck under the phone screen and did not come out. I went to get it repaired and I was told that “They have a tendency of breaking” and I’d “probably have to pay to get a new one soon”.I’ve previously had absolutely zero problems with the home button.3 days after the repair. The screen has a hairline crack on it. There was no excessive pressure or drop of the phone. It simply cracked from being in my pocketVery disappointed in the outcome. If you want a quick/cheap repair that you will probably have to get re-done go to these guys! If you want quality parts/service and a decent warranty go elsewhere!

Customer service has been extremely poor - well over 3 months to get a device fixed for a broken screen. Deplorable communication, no call backs when promised, details about the issue changing each time and needing to come into the store numerous times to get updates because no one would return my calls. Told it would be ready on a certain day, only to come in 3 days later and it still not at the store ready for pick up. Thank you to one staff member who acknowledged once that this service was not acceptable. Unfortunately you have lost my future service and any future recommendations for device repair. The work completed on my device was of good quality - the customer service is what let them down.

They really know their stuff..fixed what seemed a major problem was a new cord not a new phone

I've used this store for years and every encounter has been great. Service is above and beyond what they need to do and they're always ready to help with tech questions and after sales support. I use them for phones, PCs and other devices and honestly can't fault them. Brilliant team, great sevice, competitive pricing. Highly recommend them.

Though service was nice and repair was fast, they promised an authentic screen which we believed and then later found out that we can’t sell the phone as the screen isn’t an “apple screen.” After the phone is “repaired” here apple can no longer help with any future problems.

My son in law left his iPhone 7 to have the glass replaced on his phone. The following day the phone was picked up and to find his phone isn’t working. Long story short, this retailer sent the phone away and that was nearly SIX MONTHS AGO! My daughter has spoken to the manager a few times and she is repeatedly told a load of rubbish. We understand that they are now covering up the now LOST phone. Consumer affairs are now involved with this retailer. My daughter is now being told that a refund in cash has been given, which it hasn’t. They don’t want to accept responsibility and they are hoping my daughter and son in-law will just go away. Well, no,that’s not happening. Very dishonest retailer. We will get to the bottom of this with consumer affairs. BEWARE!

Actually wouldn't trust anyone else with my electronics. I dropped off my over loaded computer the other day and it was so far gone that I thought it would be amazing if they were able to get my photos off it but I got a call today saying that they got everything working again! It was so far gone I can't believe how amazing they are. If I have any problems with my electronics I take it straight there.
