Absolutely hopeless online team members! 3 times now they have not checked their freezer and I get home to find stuff is missing. And if you try and ring the store phone number outside 9-5 business hours it just rings out! Management really care about the customer experience!

My local store so I'm there weekly, for the most part I'm happy with it but they really need to have more staff on checkouts to clear the lines faster, it takes longer than it should to shop.

Newly Built Supermarket, in rosenthal Developed New Area. While coming through Sunbury station area have to comeback through u turn From roundabout, they should have made it Direct route to Shopping center from main road. Good place to do overall Shopping, it was busy Sunday today, As I have seen long line of People Lining up to Pay. Good For Local.

Pretty good, try and go during midday as it starts to get busier around 2:30pm to 7ish ? re parking.Some good smaller eateries & Cafe, chemist, hairdresser, mobile shopDoesn't have a great selection of Manchester, but good fresh food.Staff are pretty friendly and helpful.

Woolworths Rosenthal, Is a great supermarket they have all you need and the staff there are great, if you aren't familiar with where things are and you want a particular product, they will happily assist you and find what you are looking for not only that if you have a walking stick or a Walker and you can't search for what you need they will find that product and bring it right to you. Also if you don't want to shop where there is a large crowd this is the supermarket is for you! I shop there myself and I have never had a bad experience. I give this store a thumbs up!

Rude customer service. 2 women on the express lane are more interested being on mobile phones instead of serving customers. Then gives a evil look when I wanted to be served. No name tag. Give the job to someone with skills cause she has none.
