Very messy billing system.Received an email saying there was one missing payment two months ago and my account was blocked straight away. I called to ask for a bit of time for my account department to check on this but was in vain. My account was still blocked. After checking, the payment for the current month and last month has been made but just the one before was missing. I called trying to make a payment but there was nobody in the account department to help to take my payment. I have been trying to contact their account department for more than half a day ( email, web chat, calls ) and found nobody to help. It is a Friday meaning I won't be able to use the system until next week and have to spend the whole weekend worrying.My million dollars worth of property management business is held to ransom by Console. There are much better and responsive software provider out there.

Can even log on to the platform! Consumer service where no help either, Raven (service specialist) sent a link to a step by step process that is exactly what I did in the first place and then said if that doesn’t work than it’s up to my Property Manager to sort it out.Very frustrating experience.

this is the worst company to deal with they never return your calls emails or live chat. they sell you there latest packages that are ment to be better than the previous system but there not! and you cant get hold of there management alex tracey or neil it would be nice to here from you theres a challenge

Cannot use their software on a computer/laptop, must be via a phone app. Cannot login on the website. Cannot download a lease, cannot do anything. And rude on the phone as well. Wish I ddn't have to deal with them.

I just work in the same building.... But their staff seem nice in the lift
