Bay City Boating

Took my boat in there for a service & some other things done. Good friendly service and went out of their way to give me extra advice & tips.

I had just rigged and launched my trailer sailer and found that the outboard was not working! It was Friday lunchtime. We phoned around getting more desperate and eventually talked to Buccaneers. The staff at Buccaneers couldn't have been more helpful. After an hour the outboard was ready for me to collect. OK, so the mechanical problem wasn't huge but they were happy to fit me in. It's so good to come across a professional company that has retained the small town way of boaties looking out for each other. Thanks guys, we had a great holiday sailing in beautiful Platypus Bay, thanks to you. Really appreciated. Cheers!

We traveled from Lismore to Hervey bay. On the second day we destroyed a prop on my 40hp Yamaha. Phoned Buccaneers at 7am and they had one in stock and said bring it around at 8am. Before i could even pay for it the mechanic had it fitted (no charge) and we were back on the water quicker than you could blink. These guy's are awsome. Very friendly and helpful. Scott and the Bay City Boating team provided great friendly and knowledgeable service with attention to detail, could not ask for more. Supplier issues are common every where these days but the team stayed with my case until a satisfactory resolution result was achieved. Would I go back to Bay City Boating? GREAT SCOTT - Definitely.

Had problem with my Yamaha outboard carb. Took it to Buccaneers and it was promptly fixed and did not cost much.Happy now with working motor on my sailing boat.

Buy yourself a boat then the backup is second to none. It's all here from Parts, service, dedicated marine mechanics, dedicated marine eclecticion, truly this is a one stop boating shop.
