Costco Tyre Centre

I'm Paul....I rang Costco tyres Bundamba at a last minute on Saturday 30th of May @ 2.30pm and I spoke with a gentleman named Darren. And at this stage it was the only time I could get some low profile tyres fitted if I could find someone that will provide tyres and service since I work through the week days and can't find time to book my car. So the Gentleman named Darren told me if I can get my car there within the hour he'll be able to fit and align all four tyres in an hour. So overall I was very pleased and happy with the service that Darren and his team provide. Thanks heaps Darren!!!

Would like to give a big shout out to Tyrone and his team! From purchasing tyres to fitting them their service was exceptional!! All deserve a payrise!!!

Bought 4 new tyres. Booked in for 10am (first one for the day). Taken over one and half hours for job. Only one person working there who had to go back and forth to serve customers (each customer enquiry prob took 10-15 mins)and go to replace my tyres. Should’ve went to my local tyre shop as it was only $30 difference. My time is more valuable than $30 savings. I Did feel sorry for that worker all by himself as the others didn’t come into work he said. It’s a sad day for the others after me that’s having their tyres done.

Good price, quick service, but brand new tyres come with scratches and dirt/marks all over. Should've visited an appropriate auto workshop to get it done. Not worth saving the few bucks.

We dropped our car off at 9am on a Saturday morning to have four pre-purchased tyres fitted and was served by one specific team member who didn't seem like he was thrilled to be at work that particular day. Understandably, we all go through some rough patches, but that doesn't really warrant the blunt tone of voice or basic, almost one-worded responses we received straight off the bat.At the time of dropping off the car we weren't advised at all as to how long the job would take, but we figured it shouldn't take more than a couple of hours seeing as there were 2 other customers ahead of us...3hrs later, the job was completed...this is a bit ridiculous if you compare this service to what some other tyre shops offer.If you don't value your own time and like to stand around in crowds waiting for hours on end to save a couple of bucks, Costco Tyre Centre is definitely for you.

We had a small puncture in our tire however they refused to fix it and said that a new tire was necessary. It was completely fixable as the first place we went to outside said it was easily fixable and did it in under ten minutes. Though this only cost us $20, under the Costco tire promise for free puncture repair, it was meant to be free. This is false advertisement. (7th July 4pm)

I went to get a puncture fixed,i was told i needed a new tyre the tread was fine,he said the inside of the tyre was shredded ,but never showed me ,the wheel was still on,quoted $170.00 for 1 tyre he then said i needed two tyres because he couldn't match the other tyre all up $340.00 told him i didnt have that much on me .Decided to go to all tune $35.00 patch fixed done,very disappointed.He was friendly . Never go back.

Worst service ever. I went to get my tyres changed on the day they asked me to come on. I literary took a leave as the appoinment was at 10.00 am and I needed them soon. However, when I went there, they informed me that the tyres are not ordered yet, as they have done a mistake from their side. I got my refund but it was a total waste of time. Would not recommend for anyone I know. I should have gone to another place instead of visiting here just to save few bucks.
